Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information:

If your profile appears on NearbyCreators and you would like it removed, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. Simply email us at dmca@nearbycreators.com with your username and a link to your profile, and we will remove it within 24 hours.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
